Publish Central! works in conjunction with the WritersCafe.org’s group of the same name. It was started in early June 2009 with hopes that it can assist writers with getting published and navigating the tricky waters of the publishing industry.
Currently the site is run by C.M. and myself, Midnight Writer. Midnight for short.
So do as you please.
